Ingrid Haas is a writer, filmmaker, and performer exploring the emotional landscape of motherhood, mental health, and creative reinvention.
Her work has appeared in/on VICE, CBC, NBC, and Netflix. She has written and directed award-winning short films (Still Wylde, The Pink, PUSH), and served as executive producer on The Errand (currently in its festival run) and Pathological (Sundance 2024).
As an actor, Ingrid has appeared in Hacks and starred in over 50 national commercials. She is a Canadian Comedy Award winner, a longtime live performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles, and toured with her former sketch team The Get Go. (She also once played a literal Heinz mustard bottle — and still stands by the performance.)
Known for her sharp wit and emotional precision, Ingrid speaks about the messy, often unspoken parts of identity, motherhood, burnout, and becoming someone new.
